Required for Auto Post Products. Credentials are encrypted with your dealer login password. Platform admins cannot view or decrypt them.

Privacy: Encrypted at rest. Operator has no admin UI access to your GunStreamer password. Decrypt only happens in memory when you Auto Post after signing in.

Admin session — read only. These credentials are encrypted with the dealer's login password, so an admin session has no key to read or change them. Sign out and sign back in on the store dropdown to manage this store's GunStreamer account.

Template rules (advanced)

CATEGORY is a numeric ID. Pistols: 3026 Semi Auto, 3027 Other, 3101 Single Shot.
Required: Category, Title (75), Description (2000, use <br>), Condition, Postal, SKU, Qty, Starting Bid, Picture 1.
Optional: Serial, Buy Now, Pictures 2-10, UPC, MFG Part, GTIN.
Condition: Factory New, New Old Stock, Used. Existing SKUs are skipped on upload.

Simple steps to list products on GunStreamer. No tech talk required.

Sign in

Pick your store name from the list. Type the password your admin gave you. Tap Continue.

Lost your password? Ask your admin. They can set a new one in Settings.

Connect your GunStreamer account (one time)

After you sign in, find the card labeled GunStreamer account near the top.

Enter the same username/email you use on GunStreamer.
Enter your GunStreamer password.
Tap Save encrypted credentials.

Your GunStreamer password is locked with your dealer login password. The platform admin cannot read it. You only need to do this once (again if your password changes).

Pull in products from your store

In the Scan box:

Scan a barcode, or
Type/paste a UPC or SKU, or
Paste several codes, one per line.

Then tap Pull In. Wait while each product loads.

No barcode? Tap Blank Row and fill the form by hand.

Fix anything marked red

Green / Ready means good to go. Red means something is missing.

Tap Edit on that row.
Fill the blanks (title, price, category, photo link, and so on).
Tap Save.

Every listing needs at least: category, title, description, condition, postal code, SKU, quantity, starting bid, and one photo URL.

Send to GunStreamer (or download a file)

When ready rows look good, choose one:

Auto Post Products — sends ready items straight to GunStreamer using your saved account. Easiest path.
Export Ready CSV — downloads a file you can upload yourself on the GunStreamer site.

Auto Post only works after Step 2 (GunStreamer account saved) and only posts green/ready rows.

Quick tips

Work through red rows before posting. The tool will skip broken ones.
Condition defaults to Needs Review when unknown. Use the Condition dropdown and Apply on the queue toolbar to set Factory New, New Old Stock, or Used on every row at once.
Photos use links from your store site. Auto Post downloads them and uploads to GunStreamer for you.
GunStreamer requires a serial. If you leave it blank, Auto Post uses the SKU.
If Auto Post says login failed, re-enter your GunStreamer password in the GunStreamer account card and save again.
Sign out when you are done, especially on a shared computer.
